Email support@airstory.io with anything — a question, a problem, an idea. A real person reads it (usually the person who built AirStory) and you'll typically hear back within a day. If something isn't working, mention what you were doing and whether you were on the website, iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
AirStory signs you in with an emailed link — there's no password. Give it a minute, then check your junk folder for a message from no-reply@airstory.io. Each link works once; if it's expired, just request a fresh one from the sign-in screen.
On iPhone or iPad, import flights straight from your Photos library. On a Mac, the AirStory app pulls flights right off your drone's SD card. The tour walks through the whole flow, from import to a finished story.

Want to leave? Email us and your account and all flight data are deleted from our servers for good — your local library is yours and unaffected. The details of what we store (and what we never do) are in our privacy page.
