The service

AirStory is a library for your drone footage: you upload flights (720p proxy videos plus telemetry), and we store them, play them back, and help you make stories. Your full-resolution originals never leave your machine.

Plans

The Free plan includes 2 GB of storage. The Pro plan is $9.99/month and includes 100 GB. Every feature is available on both plans — storage is the only difference. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Cancelling & refunds

Cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing; Pro remains active until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing renews after that. If a charge didn't work out — you meant to cancel, you forgot, whatever — email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked.

Going over your storage quota

If your library is ever larger than your plan's quota (for example after cancelling Pro), nothing is deleted right away. Your account becomes read-only: you can view, play, and share everything, but uploads and new story renders pause until you're back under quota or upgrade.

If you stay over quota for more than 90 days, we remove your oldest flights until your library fits your plan again. We'll email you when the clock starts, at 60 days, and a final warning a week before anything is removed — this is the only situation in which we ever delete your data without you asking.

Your content

Your footage is yours. You give us permission to store, process, and stream it — to you, and to anyone you share a story link with. That's it: no ads, no training AI models on your footage, no selling data (see Privacy).

Fair use

Don't upload content you don't have rights to, anything illegal, or things that aren't drone footage (this is a flight library, not a backup service). Don't attack the service or other people's accounts. We can suspend accounts that do — with a warning first unless it's egregious.

Leaving

Ask and your account and all its data are deleted for good. Your local library and originals are yours and unaffected.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll email account holders before the change takes effect. The service is provided as-is; we work hard to keep your library safe (isolated storage, backups) but our liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months.
